From document to delivery, explained in full.
01 — Tell us what you need
Send a quote request describing the document or project, or add a fixed-price package straight to your cart if it's one of our standard certified documents or small translation blocks.
02 — We confirm scope and price in writing
Before anything starts, you'll have a written confirmation of scope, price, and turnaround by email. Nothing changes after that without your agreement — no surprise invoice, no scope creep you didn't approve.
03 — A linguist translates, a second linguist checks
Every certified and business translation passes through a second linguist before it's finished. For certified work, this stage also includes preparation for certification by a sworn/court-authorised translator.
04 — Delivery, on the turnaround we agreed
Digital delivery is a certified PDF by email, sent the same day the work completes. If you chose a stamped hard copy, it's posted by tracked delivery at the rate shown at checkout or agreed in your quote.
