EN Interpreting DE Dolmetschen
A qualified interpreter, booked for your date — with the cancellation terms stated upfront.
Business meetings, conferences and authority appointments, covered by day-rate booking, not a mystery invoice.
from €450 half-day
What it is, and who needs it
Interpreting is booked against a specific date and register — a business meeting, a conference session, a signing, or an appointment with an authority or court. Unlike document translation, you're booking a person's time and expertise for a window you can't easily move, so the two things that matter most are getting someone qualified for that specific register, and knowing exactly what happens if the date shifts. Both are answered directly on this page rather than buried in a contract.

The cancellation terms are a feature here, not fine print.
Free cancellation 14 days or more before your assignment; 50% of the fee between 48 hours and 14 days; 100% under 48 hours; any non-recoverable travel cost is payable in addition regardless of timing. We publish this schedule up front, unprompted, because a date-bound booking is exactly where "what happens if it moves" deserves an answer before you book, not after.
