Per document (fixed package)
Certified documents like birth or marriage certificates. One published price, no calculation needed.
Per word
Business, legal, medical, localization, marketing, proofreading. Shown as a "from" price with the factors listed.
Per Normzeile
The German line-pricing unit (55 characters incl. spaces), used for certified/sworn work outside a fixed package.
Per half-day / day
Interpreting — a day rate, because you're booking a person's time, not a word count.
Per minute
Subtitling and transcription — priced by the length of the audio or video.
